My complaint:

I contacted cash app back on Dec.28,2020 about some transactions that were done unauthorized on my account totaling over $1300.00. I received a email with the list of items I needed to email back to them which I had done as instructed.the following email stated they would resolve the issue within 10 days of initial claim, and I could contact them back on the email provided. I sent out numerous emails after the 14th day of my claim date, I then received an email on the 33rd day stateing they had to further investigate and I would receive a determination within 30 days of initial claim. It has now been 49 days there have stopped answering my emails completely, and still no decision on my claim.
