My complaint:

I sent money to the wrong account and I am unable to get a refund and I’m unable to speak to anyone at cash app to help me with the issue. When I made the transaction I was unable to cancel it as well. So I have a $100 just sitting in someone’s account and no way of getting any help to get return. It gives me an option to write them a note and I asked twice on 2 different occasion’s to please refund me the money and there is no response.

Suggested solution:

Cash app should resolve my issue by refunding my money they should also make it possible to speak with someone in person and there should be a way to cancel any transaction within a certain amount of time.
