My complaint:
I pay for a date service and sent through cash app the $150 and they came back and threatened if I didn’t send another $50 that I would be out all the money I had sent. I immediately tried to cancel the transaction and to late so I reported to cashapp and Facebook. I have all original message back and forth with the admin of the group discussion about pay and services. No service was rendered ever.
Suggested solution:
They should stand up and protect the customers that they pretty much allow to be scammed. My bank stands for me and doesn't allow the scams to be paid.
I think cashapp presents itself with the sameness as a bank and so should follow through on policy.
