My complaint:
So there was a guy in instagram, he sent me a message If I wanted to make money. Being a fool I said yes. He went into detail about how if I paid him I could make mire money then what I was paying him. He sent me his cash app info and I sent him a total of $230.00 and he said he would keep in touch with me and I could get paid in less than 24 hours. His cash app is Andrew Plummer and its been almost 2 days now and I still have not recieved my pay and he deleted his instagram and I cannot contact him.
Suggested solution:
Contact him and ask him to return the payment or press charges for falsely advertising pay and scamming people and block him from use of this app to keep him from doing this to other people
