I am typing this on complain.biz right now. I sent him 100$ for a phone, it was supposed to already been shipped out. He then tells me that FedEx is asking for an additional 50$ to complete it. I told him I just wanted my money back, and I requested for a refund which he then declined and got upset that his account may be locked up. Around 1 is when he said he would send the money back. It is currently 1:50 and still no money. He is ignoring my messages.
I would simply like a refund, but he is ignoring me. It would be greatly appreciated if you could give me the refund.
