My complaint:
My account was hacked by someone and they sent money from my account to there’s… I was home sleeping at the time got the notification and immediately hit return funds…. And notified them of the fraud…. They denied my investigation case and paid them out… I never sent them money before I don’t even know these people… This was my son’s birthday money… I would never send money to someone who is gonna lock their account on me… Pure fraud scam move
Suggested solution:
I want my money back... I think the person who robbed me should be prosecuted to the full extension of the law.... They need to pay better attention to their customers and activities that they have on their accounts
