My complaint:
Cash app knows what they are doing, they are a very nasty business and I look forward to cease being their customer soon. Basically, if you made an old cashapp account, but later no longer use that phone number associated with that account, and open up a new cashapp with a new phone number, they FLAT OUT REFUSE TO MERGE YOUR OLD AND NEW ACCOUNTS so if a well-intentioned person sends you money to the old account you cannot access, guess what? THEY KEEP THAT MONEY SENT TO YOU ALL TO THEMSELVES AND REFUSE—R E F U S E—- to send it to your active account.
Suggested solution:
I will spread the truth about cashapp and hurt their business if they fail to return that money to my sister in law, or if they fail to forward it to me. They need to merge the accounts! I am the owner of both accounts in question! if they can return that money to my sister in law, ill close the case and withdraw all my money from these horrible people, I should say thieves
