Money, from a customer, was sent, mistakingly to a closed account. After providing CashApp factual info to
Help search their system, find a return or credit cash to
Correct account, CA now says they will not return the cash for security reasons! Poppycock! I was called by CashApp, expecting to get help. I was taken thru hoops, with a poor excuse as to the reason for their unwillingness to returncredit cash.
Suggested solution:
DO the research, find the cash. Apply to my account and pay me a 15% inconvenience fee.
