My complaint:

On October 17,2020, I deposited 400 dollars in my account. This was to purchase bitcoins. Later, I found out the money had been paid from my account. But, the account could not be linked. My bank does not accept deposits. I had asked to return money to my account, when I found it could not be linked. But, my other account on file, was not used. Because I was told there was not enough funds. I could only retrieve my money, was by purchasing a google cash card, for 100 dollars. Snd then the money could be deposited there. The bolt coin process was done through them. Later, I was told via email I should no the person, who I purchase from. I was never told or given that opportunity. In fact all this was done by cash app support at an area code of 202. Who called me. When I tried to call them I never got an answer or the call was dropped. I have requested the refund of my money from the person who purchased the bitcoins. I have not gotten a response or any help from cash app. In fact the harass me daily bia email. Please help
