My complaint:
CashApp reps, possibly AI chat bots considering some of the weird and obviously scripted responses, are consistently refusing to connect me with a supervisor or provide me with information for who can get a charge reversed on my cashapp card. They want me to do the 45 day dispute process when the main reason I’m making this fuss is because I don’t have any food right now. Which I told cashapp reps many times. Evidently they don’t eat since they all failed to grasp the significance of me not having food. And they don’t know the law since they wouldn’t connect me to a supervisor. And they don’t know consequences since threatening legal action got me a weird scripted response including a link to a law enforcement page. Nearly certain they’re all bots. And fairly certain that CashApp is trying not to actually help, and that the vendor I’m disputing is trying to keep my money.
Suggested solution:
I expect someone who is capable of making the few necessary keystrokes required to reverse the charge to actually do so
