My complaint:
I been waiting since April 24th for a refund. I called the merchant multiple times the merchant being Apple they said the refund was sent to the card on file April 24th. The card on file was not active when they took my money so i dont know how cash app even allowed that transaction to happen. Now they wont refund my money and keep giving me runaround to talk to merchant. Apple says they sent the refund and cash app say they havent got it.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back asap
