My complaint:
I got scammed at a store and Merchant returned complete payment to cash app bank, which I have proof of payment returned and cash app completing transaction BUT never put on my account. I got various of different responses via email and verbally and no one seems to be on the same page. I’ve been lied to where exactly my payment is at.
Suggested solution:
They should look into the filed claim dispute department which they state they have filed and also contact the merchant personally as they requested information to get ahold of merchant. Neither both have been done.
