My complaint:
On Nov14, 2020 63.33 was refunded thru cashapp from a friend to me. The funds never was returned and l contact cashapp only thru email since there is not someone to talk to. I received numerous emails for them stated that my 63.33 will be returned to my account in 3-5 day which as of today no funds received. Then the next day l received another email stating that they closed my account due to not hearing from me in three day. They want open my case and refund my money. They stated that they have proof but not show and tell. Spoken to my bank institution and they show cashapp has not returned the funds to my account and they have proof. Cashapp is not upholding to their agreement to resolve issues that has their logo on. We are happy to help you.

They should refund my 63.33 to my account ending in 2973 like they stated they will do since November 14,2020
