My complaint:
on July 16,2021 someone accessed my cash app account and took 2,300 dollars i reached out to cash app about a refund and they denied my claim stating they traced the transaction back to a phone i had used . I did’nt authorize this transaction nor did i use someone else phone to make this transaction .some hacked my account changed my pass word unlinked my email address took off the security lock i placed on my card and took my money and cash app wont refund me and that’s night right I thought my money was safe with them.
Suggested solution:
REFUND ME MY 2,300 BACK
