My complaint:

On July 21-22, 2020 I attempted some transactions. Cash app cancelled them. These transactions totalled $6,800.I have emailed Cash app and the only response I received was that they were closing my account because they did not hear back from me. This is not true. I have emailed them several times. I hen they closed my account. My cash tag is $babydoll19656588. My name is Annette Cannon. And the emailed associated with my account is annettecannon137@gmail.com. I filed a complaint on complain.biz. To this day the money has not been refunded back to my checking account I hope I can some help with this issue. I would have suspended your account too with that amount of money. That’s suspicious activity while using some peer-to-peer app that’s meant for personal transactions between peers. Doubt that money was for your peers, and likely meant for goods and services. If so, that is prohibited on a Cash App personal account and likely another reason why your account was closed. If you had thousands sitting in this app as well, then you deserve it. Only because Cash App does NOT offer FDIC insurance to keep their users funds safe.
