My complaint:

i had $136.00 on my cash app left of a transfer from my bank to the cash app days befor, i tried to send a friend 130.00 leaving me 6.00 in cash app i was in a place with very poor wifi service cash app said as soon as a connection accures the monies will be transfered so i walk out side were i got lilbetter wifi when i tried to send the 130 still bad wifi service it said transaction declined by my bank, my bank has nothing to do with this my money is on my cash app so i went to support it clearly states if money is on cash app witch mine was it would be returned in minutes it was not so my 136 that i had on cash app the 130 never went to my friend and get this after the faild transaction my balance was 30 dollars i lost 106.00 they say my bank has there is no way to reach anybody in support the phone recording sends u back to the app and just that alone is enough i want my money back they stole
