My complaint:
I was trying to support black own businesses
I was lead to believe that this woman was running a business selling merchandise for both adults and children, this woman kept in contact with me an even when cash app was acting up the day of the purchase she sent money back to me for us to try again with the purchase which lead me to believe she was legit, she also have awesome reviews of her product has had her Facebook for over 5 yrs an have more than 38 thousand followers..
I never received a real tracking number or anything for my purchase, being tho I never received that I asked to be refunded she kept telling me to give her time to get the tracking information correct which I did an still nothing , the following day I was blocked on fb messenger not having any way to contact her
Suggested solution:
I would like for cash app to refund me my money, winter is here a majority of the items were for my daughters winter clothing an boots..
That is a large amount of money for me..
I feel like Cashapp should refund my money but also back bar this persons page account
I’m pretty sure I’m not the 1st person that this has happened to from this woman
