My complaint:
I sent $725.00 from my debit card to a friend working in Nigeria. He sent me the contact information and I sent the funds. My account shows that the money was taken from my.account but my friend never received the funds sent. It shows that the transaction was completed and the business receiving the funds replied with a heart signaling they received the funds. When he went to get the money they told him they had no record of receiving any amount. I sent my friend a screenshot of each transaction I made as I sent the funds. He was assaulted when he tried to get the money I sent. They threatened him and told him not to return.
Suggested solution:
They should return my money.
