My complaint:

I was selling something over OfferUp and the person sent me $200 and I got an email saying that because the account is business they have to add another $200 so they can accept the payment. So then they tell me I need to buy 2 iTunes and send them the receipt, the card front and back and when I do I get an email saying that it wasn’t valid and to buy eBay of $400 and I’ll get $1000. That’s a scam I lost $200 for nothing!!!

Suggested solution:

I need my money back. Is what I’m asking

If you didn’t even check the email address to see if it was actually from “support Cash.app”, then expect to get scammed.

Their name will also be “Cash Support” when you’re actually talking to customer service. Not “Cash App”. I attached a screenshot as an example when I contacted Cash Support via email.

You got played.
