My complaint:
Someone sent me money through cash app and it says it was posted but it was not. I have screenshots and emails where i lodged complaint and Cash App representatives keep giving me the run around. Everytime an agent asks a question and I answer it, another agent responds and keeps asking for the same information or additional information. They claim they can not find the transaction despite me giving the sender cashtag, receivers cash tag, transaction identifier date of transaction and the amount.
