Cash App complaint: Non receipt of deposited funds

My complaint:

I have two transactions that did not land in my account, $300 on 7320, and $1200 on 7420. The transaction receipt states the funds were deposited in Chase Bank, which is my bank, but didn’t land in my account.

Suggested solution:

Put the funds in the right account
