Cash App complaint: No way to file fraud complaints

My complaint:

I attempted to make two separate purchases and pay using CashApp.
After paying, the seller went silent in both cases. If there is no way to resolve this issue with CashApp, I will file a complaint on social media about CashApp and discourage everyone from using this app.

PLEASE HELP

Refund me this money and revoke the two sellers from ripping others off
