So my cash app was hacked with an unauthorized purchase from a restaurant, so I report my card loststolen in the month of March. I was told to wait 14 buisness days and I did but the card never came in the mail. So now it’s towards April, I reapply now a 2nd time after being told to resubmit another loststolen card request for replacement. I wait past the 14 days and still haven’t recieved the now 2nd card I applied for. I complain to customer now a third time as we are in the month of May 2020 now. I was told AGAIN to wait 14 business days etc etc. I DIDN’T RECIEVE THE REPLACEMENT CARD YET AGAIN.
So then customer service thought it a good idea to tell me to use my family’s address and the card can be shipped there and then they can send it to me.
I told them I’d have to be stupid to file a 4th time with someone elses address when I still havent recieved the 1st three cards I applied for in the first place!!!
Since they want to be so smart and robotic and unhelpful, I rather not keep dealing with them and their lack of resolution and just robotic answers. Especially since they cant even provide tracking numbers
AND YES I UPDATED MY ADDRESS WITHIN THE APP. I MADE SURE MY ADDRESS WAS CORRECT EACH TIME I SUBMITTED THE REQUEST.
So I’d rate it no stars if I could. But I’m filing this complaint to make others aware to not consider this company if you’re wanting a card. Clearly the only solution they can provide is a standard reply email saying to wait 14 buisness days for any solution they clearly cannot and refuse to provide.
Nothing. They haven't done anything before, so how can they resolve it now?
