My complaint:
I tried to send money and was denied. I tried to add money to cash app and wasn’t able to add enough to make payment. I tried to contact support but there is no way to get a hold of anyone.The step by step guide was wrong and included a button cash support that is not on the app. As a result i can’t do anything with it I can’t even file a complaint or report fraud if it were to occur. How is this even legal?
Suggested solution:
Install call center that an be reached for all manor of disputes or questions that is open for no less than 16 hours a day.
