My complaint:

My account was locked 30 days ago for no reason at all. They claim it was fraudulent activity but it was not. I have money in my account that I haven’t had access to for almost a month. Customer service does not respond to emails and have no other way of gettin in contact with them. I still do not have access to my money in my account and they do not respond. It says you should regain access within 24 hours and it takes them 48 hours to respond to emails but that is not the case
