My complaint:

I bought something thought the cash app only to have the merchant TAKE MY MONEY and not give my books. Of course the merchant would not refund me. There is no way to get your money back for actions taken by the merchant. There is no accountability with cash app; the Feds need to look into the cash app business practices.

They didn't do anything... my bank did an investigation and got me my money back.
