My complaint:
I was suppose to refund of $278 from a hotel stay I paid for using my cash app card. I never received the refund. I submitted the documentation CashApp requested to prove that the refund was processed by the hotel over 5 times and CashApp claimed over and over they never received the documents. I reached out to someone at CashApp support on Twitter who claimed I never submitted proof of the refund. I screen shot the documentation and proof that I submitted the documentation via email and the person refused to that the documentation had been received and stopped responding to my messages. CashApp’s customer service is unacceptable and they are scamming millions from their customers.
