My complaint:
On September 3, 2020. I received a negative balance of $400 total. I had $60 balance on my account that brung the account to -340.00 then I receive a payment of $20 that brought my account to -319.95. Base on cashapp’s action, they didn’t provide me with the proper investigation. I am unable to determine where the error happened, Therefore I am requesting a full refund to my cashapp account. Cashapp did not provide me with the history of my account to show where the negative came from. Cashapp violated my privacy and misused my cashapp balance.
Suggested solution:
Resolve it by put my account back positive along with a $80 balance on my account.
