My complaint:

I sent a 250$ payment for my car insurance but sent the money to someone with an identical cashtag and name. I quickly realized my mistake and tried to cancel the payment. It must’ve been seconds after I sent the money before I tried to cancel it. Long story short I couldn’t stop the transactions from my end and when I reached out to cash app support, hopeful that they can fix such an easy problem. They told me they can’t help and pretty much told me to go kick rocks and read the safety article. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH CASH APP.

Suggested solution:

Have a 24 hour refundcancellation policy.
