My complaint:
My account has been hacked by four different people and they are taking my money. They keep going in and changing my password and unlocking my account and keep trying and trying to get my money until they can.i have been contacting cashapp for 3 weeks and nobody has responded or even emailed me. I tried blocking the people, asking for refund. I don’t know them or authorize them to take money. I have family sending money to help me and they take it. They didn’t even check into it.
Suggested solution:
Cashapp should contact me,help me get my refund and stop letting people hack into there account and take there money. I'm looking to call BBB and legal help.
