My complaint:

I sent 50 to my friend from cash app this morning and all of a sudden it says my bank card was declined, i was rite next to my friend he didnt receive anything his username was correct. Then i decided to do it again same thing. Then i look at my bank to make sure i have money all of a sudden it took the money. Then so i call the support team we was on the phone at least a hour he was doin something with codes and he lied said that my refund we be in my account within 15 or 20 so i look and look still nothing.

Suggested solution:

They shoulda just give my money back.
