My complaint:
Sent money to my cash app. Then I tried to send it to a friend and it went to someone I didn’t know. Asked them for a refund after I noticed it. Reported the problem to cash app. They said they couldn’t do anything after I gave them all the info they needed. Also showed them where I deposited it from my direct express card to my cash app.
Suggested solution:
They need to give me back my money. I provided everything they asked for.
