My complaint:

I received a message this morning from cash app stating that the Security has been unlocked and shortly after over $1600 was stolen from my cash app. Two transactions of $600 in the total of $1200 was stolen from an account with the name $Rome19831292 and $497 from $Steve5n. Cash app does not have a live representative to speak to and no way of reaching out to the people who stole my money. The person sent the money to themselves from my account and then sent a haha emoji to me. I requested a refund and they declined it. I am absolutely distraught as this money was to pay some bills and get food and a gift for Christmas for my daughter. I can’t believe this. Please if there is any way to resolve this, please assist.
