My complaint:

On 12192021 I lost my wallet I immediately contacted cash app support after receiving texts about transactions being done with my card at an ATM which wasn’t me or authorized by me. There were two transactions on for 505 and for 85 which totalled 590. Money I had for my bills and to get my kids something for Christmas. I’ve filed several disputes about this same transactions with cash app and they won’t give me my money back. I explained to them that I’ve gotten sick and couldn’t remember my pin so I had to write it on a piece of paper and kept it in my wallet. But they still have denied my hard earn money. I feel it’s prejudice against the sick and racist against me cause am black.

Suggested solution:

They should immediately refund me my $590 plus another $590 for my stress and mental anguish of having my bills shut off and my kids sad cause I couldn't get them anything for Christmas.
