Cash App complaint: Money sent to person I don’t know

My complaint:

I attempted to send money to someone I have done business with previously. It was sent to someone I do not know. I received an email and immediately attempted to get my money back and corrected. It did not happen and there is no ability to speak to customer service or get any help at all.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back. The person who collected it knows it was not for them. We do not know each other and I have done no business with them. I attempted to contact them for a refund with no response.
