My complaint:

$pocono119 never received money but app shows accepted. There is no evidence that he actually received money. On my end I have receipt but there was no debit card on recipients account. Money should be refunded to sender or Cash App should provide evidence that the monies were in fact received, where, when and by whom

11 months ago - There were two transactions to same recipient for total of $140. One was for 100 the other for 40.
