My complaint:
A user by the name $drillz321 is promising fake things on Instagram showing other cashapp users account info which he may have potentially hacked and is taking money from them and stealing it without following through on his end. It is fraudulent and theft. He took $40 from me with the promise of payment on both ends and refused to hold up his end of the bargain. I requested a refund and he declined.
Suggested solution:
I'd like a refund of my money pulled directly from his account or cashapp I don't care either way as there should be an option to regain money provided accurate proof and explanation. If anything his account needs to be deactivated as well
