My complaint:
On 51020 I noticed a payment from my daughter never showed up in my account. I have tried everything I instructed to do in order to gain access to my accounts. And I have been strung along by your customer service agents for about a week now. I still haven’t received the payment, I even asked them to release the payment back to my daughter. Still I haven’t heard anything today about it. I also would like to speak to someone or chat either one doesn’t matter to me. My daughters name is Tiara N Walker on cash app.
Suggested solution:
By releasing my money to me or my daughter, ASAP.
