My complaint:

I sent two separate transactions to the same person on cash app. They have not received either transaction. I have been in contact with the person on the other end and the money has not hit their account. I am out $2000.00 and not get any help from cash app. I really need that money back so I can pay this person.

Suggested solution:

Just refund me my money back or get it to the person on the other end. One way or the other the money needs to be found and returned.
