My complaint:

I pre ordered a item on September 17,2020 for the release date of November 12, 2020. I was contacted by the merchant stating that i needed a new payment method. However the money was deducted from my cash app account on September 17, 2020 for the total of $530.41. The merchant also stated that the return funds should have shown as a release pending payment by September 23, 2020. However i haven’t received or been credited for the amount of $530.41as of November 12, 2020. More over i have two disputed payments from an out of state gas station that havent been resolved.
