My complaint:
So on Monday I kept checking the app to see if my unemployment direct deposit was processed. Nothing. I kept messaging customer support and kept getting a message that said they would look into it. Now today, Wednesday, they send me a message saying that my direct deposit and cash card got deactivated. After that message another one came saying they were closing my case because I haven’t contacted them in 3 days which is not true cause I’ve sent them at least 3 since monday. Where is my direct deposit from unemployment and why did it all of a sudden become deactivated??
