Cash App complaint: Locked out of my account and nobody has responded help me get into my account to access my momey

My complaint:

I have been locked out of my account since Thursday to early Friday. I have sent several emails to try and get assistance to get logged in to no avail. My mom has sent several messages as well. Its frustrating knowing I have money in my account and it seems they are refusing to help me retrieve access to get in my account
