My complaint:
I was scammed by Litfakes.com that uses CashApp and CashApp’s name association to scam customers (they never send product) and get them to:
1) go to CashApp
2) Buy CashApp BTC
3) Send the BTC via CashApp to a BTC address (as payment for product)
LitFakes was actually at the top of verified lists of I.D. company makers, etc. They advertise and overwhelm the Google searches, etc. CLEARLY, to me, they are able to use Cash App’s good name in both their instructions and emails, etc. to scamsteal $. Hoping to have CashApp honor my 115$ loss and hope Cash App with their sophisticated system can root out these thieves.
please see how in the light grey it shows cashapp@litfakes.org and in previous comms the CashApp name is attached to fool users into thinking CashApp is associated.
Sincerely, Darrell Costa, Los Angeles, CA

Suggested solution:
I would like a 115$ credit to my account re CashApp (as explained, much of the process used the CashApp name to assist LitFakes scam. As well, I bought BTC specifically through CashApp to eventually send to the scammers.
