My complaint:
I notified them in June that someone claimed to be from Amazon and told me they were going to charge my account $1500. Then they hung up. I contacted cash app and they did nothing, even when the fraudulent charge appeared for $109.99. they said it would take 45 days and that’s long overdue! Everytime I contacted them they say they’re gonna escalate a dispute. I want some satisfaction already! I have been more than patient with them. I demand a refund as outlined in your contract.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money already! I'm tired of your customer support not supporting the customers. They even end every contact I make without answers. For the record, I didn't ever receive anything from said company.
