My complaint:
I needed assistance with my cash app account. I googled cash app customer service the number online was 6025425954 or 8777668467. The person who answered the call said the were a cash app specialist and they were going to resolve why my deposit wasn’t coming thru. He had me download a app called quick support like he was a specialist fixing my issue. I never disclosed any important info over the phone with him. He said his name was victor Id number capp2694. After 30 minutes of being on the phone he kept telling me stay on my cash app home screen. Next he said My money needed to be verified that’s why my deposit never came. I stayed on the phone Additional 30 while he said it was processing. I finally decided to look at my account because something seemed fishy and all my money was gone. He kept trying to tell me it was generating and it was about to be in my account but nothing.
Suggested solution:
Inform cash app customers there are no cash app customer service number. Find out who is making these scamming websites and they should face jail time. Refund my $300 that was stolen from my account. Update the ways for customers to communicate with cashapp customer service

You agreed to their terms that states their only contact phone number begins with area code 855.
