My complaint:
I was robbed at gunpoint the morning of 32122 the guy forced me at gunpoint to log into my cash app ($AlayahsMommy88) He unlinked my telephone number (414-388-8482) and email address (akindertouch2021@gmail.com) unlinked my debit card associated with the accound (ending in 7759) added his own email (Unknown) renamed my cash app ($Comingdown23). He then send my balance to someone else. My government name (Pretenses Jones) is still the name on the cash app account but the email number was changed and cash app would not allow me to use my personal information to recover my account.
Suggested solution:
CashApp should have more security on protecting people, their funds and identity. Cash app should allow me to send my social, photo ID the card associated with the account as well as the Cash app card that was originally assigned to the account.
