My complaint:

At this point I was getting ready so my husband was dealing with him a minute. This Cashapp employee asked me to download Anydesk, at this point, I am trusting Cashapp and doing as me asks me to. I am new to Cashap. I did not have any reason not to trust CASHAPP. Next thing I know this Cashapp employee hangs up on me. I immediately call back.

AT THIS POINT, I STILL HAD $950, IT WAS JUST IN BITCOIN (WHICH WE HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT), AT THAT POINT , I FEEL LIKE CASHAPP SHOULD HAVE FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT SINCE I CALLED AND REPORTED SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. I WAS HACKED. DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY POLICY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR THINGS LIKE THIS? I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO, FILED A POLICE REPORT 20221545. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO BUT TALK WITH SOMEONE THAT WOULD PLEASE HELP ME. $950 MAY NOT SEEM A LOT BUT I’M LOOKING AT MY POWER TURNED OFF AND HOMELESSNESS . PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money because I was scammed from one of their employees. Once I was hung up on by this supposed CASHAPP person, I called back immediately. They told me that it was not CASHAPP. AT THAT POINT,I FEEL LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT, KEPT AN EYE ON IT......ANYTHING TO PREVENT $950 TO DISSAPPEAR FROM MY ACCOUNT.
