My complaint:

The other day, I bought something for $30 and paid through cash app. The payment went through, but I didn’t receive anything from the seller. Not even a text or a call. I requested a refund, but they declined it, successfully stealing $30 of my money.

Suggested solution:

I think that buyers should have more options besides the ask for a refund button, which in this case does absolutely nothing to protect the user from scammers. Also, I would like my $30 back, so if there is any way you could make that happen, that would be great.
