Cash App complaint: I Did not receive my purse paid thru Cash App

My complaint:

I was chatting with some name Pretty Pink in the Letgo app about a purse. The purse was $35 and it was $7 to ship to me. I sent the $42 in cash app on June 27th. She sent me the request for $42 from $pretty2pink2 and I sent the money she chatted back she would ship it out on Monday and send me the tracking number. I chatted Pretty Pink on Letgo Monday afternoon and there was No Response. I have no heard from Pretty Pink since June 27th 2019. I contacted Letgo app and filed with them and also filed a police report.

Suggested solution:

Cash App has $pretty2pink2 bank account or account information which received my money. I would like a full refund of $42 because I Did Not receive my merchandise (purse).
