Cash App complaint: Have frozen account saying I had suspicion activity

My complaint:

I order a radio for my car but when my husband told me that radio was not compatible for my he found one that was compatible so cancel my order and reorder the other one then about a few seconds later I got a text saying transaction declined and my card frozen because suspicious activity I have sent email after emails know response from cash app and that’s been since 21 of May and I want to know why my account is still frozen

Suggested solution:

They should release account because they don’t have any reason to have frozen my account anyway release and unfreeze my account
